Born To Run Scarf with Wild Horse & Floral Print

We've modelled the size and weight after our favourite vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Crafted from viscose, the fabric is a lighter, airier weight than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel. They make a wonderful gift too! About the Print: Born to Run blends vintage-washed, heritage prints with two rearing racehorses by British painter George Stubbs. The antique banners, etched with mottos of rebellion like “Don’t Fence Me In”, are our spirited nod to the wild west and the open road. The beautiful, airy backdrop is a scenic lithograph from the 1897 World’s Fair, and the faded florals and golden wheat were taken from an 1800’s farmers diploma. The pen-and-ink stars and upturned horseshoe are also antique drawings from the same era.
