To preserve the shape, texture, and vibrancy of your Alquema

• Hand wash only in cold water.
• Use a dash of mild, natural detergent to protect the delicate fibres and pleating.
• Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the pleats and fabric finish.

• After washing, gently squeeze (do not wring) out excess water.
  Lay your garment flat to dry in a shaded area, direct sunlight may cause colours to fade.
• Please do not tumble dry or expose to heat, as this can permanently alter the pleating.
  
  
  

• Once completely dry, store in a cool, dry place.
• We recommend folding rather than hanging for extended periods, as hanging can stretch the shoulders and neckline.
• If storing for a season, place in a breathable cotton garment bag to protect from dust and humidity.

• Travel with your Alquema rolled rather than folded to avoid creases.
• If your garment becomes misshapen, a gentle shake and air dry can help restore the pleating.
• Spot clean between wears to extend the time between washes.
